She still maintains an active license for the state of California in addition to holding an active attorney license for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Lindsay has experience ranging from public interest law, prosecution of gang members, to private practice insurance defense, domestic relations, estate planning, and civil litigation. She also is certified as a Guardian ad Litem for children.

Lindsay lives in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and two sons and enjoys boating with family, traveling, offshore fishing, and a whole lot more.
