In private practice, she has handled complex construction defect claims, insurance defense matters, domestic relations cases, civil litigation, real estate disputes, and comprehensive estate planning and estate administration. Her work has included serving as panel counsel for Fortune 500 companies, reflecting the trust placed in her judgment at the highest levels of corporate representation.
A seasoned courtroom advocate, Lindsay has conducted jury trials, represented clients in mediation, and successfully resolved high-stakes disputes through both litigation and negotiated outcomes. She has also completed thousands of real estate transactions, advising individuals, businesses, and institutional clients with precision and efficiency.
Beyond her legal practice, Lindsay is deeply committed to service and education. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children who may not otherwise have a voice in the legal system. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Regent University School of Law, where she mentors and educates future attorneys, grounding academic instruction in real-world legal experience. Further, she serves as a Board Member and is currently Treasurer for PiN Ministry, providing financial oversight and governance support to further the organization’s mission of community outreach and service.
