Brittany Hudgens is a litigator at Hanger Law where she brings passion, precision, and persistence to all areas of civil litigation. Brittany understands that every legal battle is unique, and she tailors her approach to achieve the best possible outcome—whether that means taking a case to court or negotiating a favorable settlement.
Brittany’s courtroom experience includes prosecution on behalf of the City of Hampton and family law and civil litigation in Chesapeake. Before earning her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, Brittany honed her skills through internships with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Offices in Hampton and Virginia Beach, even participating in a midnight ride-along and marine special ops ride-along to gain deeper insight into law enforcement operations.
Brittany’s passion for the law extends beyond the courtroom—she thrives on guiding clients through complex legal disputes and finding strategic solutions that align with their goals. Whether litigating in court or negotiating skillfully at the table, she is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests with integrity and excellence.
Brittany is admitted to the Virginia Bar and holds a degree in Philosophy from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. When she’s not fighting for her clients, you can find her enjoying a cup of coffee while watching The Office.
